Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using iLikePDF.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iLikePDF (the "Service"), accessible at ilikepdf.in. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Last updated: July 12, 2026.

Description of Service

iLikePDF provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF and image files, including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing documents. All file processing takes place locally within your web browser — files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use iLikePDF to:

  • Process content you don't have rights to: Do not use the Service to alter, copy, or distribute documents in violation of copyright, privacy, or other applicable laws.
  • Bypass security you're not authorized to bypass: Tools like Unlock PDF are intended only for documents you own or have explicit permission to modify.
  • Interfere with the Service: Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the Service's infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable law: Your use of the Service must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

No Account, No Warranty of Availability

The Service does not require registration and is provided free of charge. Because there is no user account system, we have no way to back up or recover your files — you are responsible for keeping your own copies of original documents before processing them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion or processing results will always be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iLikePDF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Since all processing happens locally on your device, you retain full responsibility for the handling and backup of your own files.

Third-Party Libraries

The Service relies on reputable open-source JavaScript libraries to perform document processing directly in your browser. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance that these libraries operate as part of the tool's functionality, within your own browser environment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
